Your health and safety are our top priority, and we’re committed to providing the best quality medicines. However, because of strict legal and health guidelines, we can’t accept returns or exchanges of medicines once they’ve left our pharmacy. This policy helps us ensure the safety and effectiveness of our products, as we can’t reuse returned medicines. If you’ve got any unwanted or unused meds, don’t bin them or flush them. Instead, take them to your local pharmacy where they can be disposed of safely and in an eco-friendly way.
If you need to cancel an order before it’s been dispatched, just give us a ring or drop us an email with your order number, and we’ll get it sorted for you. We’ll issue a full refund within 14 days, back to the same payment method. However, once your order’s been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund it. Make sure someone’s available to accept the delivery, as missed deliveries aren’t eligible for refunds. If you’ve got any concerns about your order, feel free to get in touch – we’re always happy to help.
If you receive the wrong prescription meds or notice the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please let us know straight away and don’t use the product. We’ll guide you on how to dispose of it and assist with reordering. If you’ve already paid and the prescription-only items are incorrect or faulty, we’ll refund what you’re owed. Just keep in mind, if you simply change your mind, prescription-only orders can’t be cancelled or refunded.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll notify you about the progress of your refund. If everything’s in order, we’ll process the refund back to your credit card or original payment method, which should show up in your account within a few days, depending on your card provider.
You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, as they’re non-refundable. If a refund is issued, we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from the total refund amount.
