You’ll have an online consultation with a UK-certified Pharmacist Independent Prescriber. The consultation and treatment will follow these terms. We’ll only share your information with your GP if you give consent; otherwise, your prescriber is responsible for your treatment. Medications will be dispensed by a UK-registered pharmacist based on the prescriber’s instructions.

Your order is finalised after completing a medical questionnaire and having it reviewed by our prescriber. Please note, the acknowledgement you receive after checkout doesn’t confirm prescriber approval. We may contact you regarding payment issues or suggest you consult your GP. Order confirmation happens when you receive a dispatch email, at which point a binding agreement is formed.
